Decal Application Instructions

1. Clean surface decal is being applied to.
2. Flip decal over on a flat surface, design side face down.
3. Rub over the decal thoroughly.
4. Remove the white paper backing at a 45 degree angle,
repeating step 3 as needed.
5. Apply the decal to the surface. Press down on the decal
in the center, working your way out to the edges

-Do not apply decals when very hot or cold outside
-If applied to a cup, hand wash only
-Allow decal 72 hours to adhere to the item before use

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the item and the shipping box it came in within 48 hours of delivery!

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Etsy does not allow us to change the shipping address on an order once it has been placed. To have your order shipped to a different address, you will need to message us and re-order the item(s) from our shop. As soon as we see your new order come through with the corrected, we will cancel the current one.

The current order will serve as a placeholder until your new one comes through, that way you should still receive your item within the original estimated delivery time frame!

Incorrect Orders

This rarely happens, but because each item is handmade by people, we have human error sometimes! If your order has the incorrect color, incorrect spelling, etc, please contact us within 48 hours of the package being delivered and send a photo so we can send a new product or find another solution.

If you order is missing an item, let us know and we will check our cameras in our production facility to verify if anything was left out of the order.

Missing Information at Checkout

If you forget to leave us information for your order (name, date, etc) please message it to us ASAP! We will message you when we notice it's missing and wait to do your order until we know. If the information missing is a color for the lettering, tumbler, etc, we will use the color in the first listing photo.

Missing Shipments

If your order was shipped and marked delivered but did not arrive, here are helpful next steps:

-Check all side doors and your mailbox, with neighbors, or the front office (if applicable)
-Wait a few days - USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely
-Contact the local post office, provide the tracking number, and let them know what happened to see if they can help
-If the item does not show up (which is rare), file a claim online or at the post office that delivered the item (USPS insures Priority Mail and in most cases are liable for misdelivered or stolen property)

Please note we cannot reimburse stolen orders or orders misdelivered by USPS. Thank you for understanding!

International Orders

We love shipping our gifts all around the world, and are so excited to be able to do so again! When checking be sure to select the shipping class that best suites your delivery needs!

Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to PO, APO and FPO Boxes, so please be sure to include a valid address when checking out!

If you must ship to a PO, APO or FPO box, feel free to message us and we can provide the additional shipping cost!

How do I send you the photo for my order?

To send your photo to us after you've ordered, send our shop an Etsy message and click the icon in the upper right corner of the reply box. Browse your device and select the photo you want to use. Press send and we will send you a message confirming we receive your photo within 1 business day!

If you are sending multiple photos, please specify in the Etsy message what photo you want on each ornament on so our team knows. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
